Presbytery house Melsele

For the restoration of the rectory house in Melsele, the Maarten Dutry renovation company called on our RC Amonit repair mortar.

The vertical studs between the joinery were restored where possible. Where this was not possible, the studs were removed and replaced with precast elements. These precast elements consist of a concrete core on which a layer of RC Amonit was applied. They were then finished in accordance with the existing appearance. The concrete structure cannot be seen, but it takes over the supporting function of the studs.

Since the works had to progress quickly, the zinc oxide mortar RC Amonit was chosen.
