Melsele vicarage house

Before restoring the vicarage house in Melsele, the renovation company did Martin Dutry rely on our RC Amonit repair mortar.

The vertical pillars between the joinery were restored where possible. Where this was not possible, the styles were removed and replaced with prefabricated elements. These prefabricated elements consist of a concrete core on which a layer of RC Amonit has been applied. They were then finished in accordance with the existing look. The concrete structure cannot be seen, but it does ensure that it takes over the load-bearing function of the pillars.

Since the works had to move forward rapidly, the RC Amonit zinc oxide mortar was chosen.
