Loft Ghent

In the charming city of Ghent, this restoration project was tackled by Bowaco.

First, the rusted iron elements were treated with Brantho Korrux 3 in 1, a universal anti-corrosion coating. The large cavities in the facade were filled with RC 730 Concrete Rep, a fine fiber-reinforced repair mortar. Certain sections of the façade were repointed with our vapor permeable grout RC Astivo.

The entire building was then provided with a waterproof skirting with RC 221, protecting the facade from splashing water. Above the skirting, the facade was finished in a trendy color with our colored, cement-free RC Kalei 512.
