Saltworks Mechelen

The Salt Wharf runs from the Grootbrug to 't Pleintje. This used to be a busy trading place, of which some houses with magnificent facades have been preserved. For the renovation of a private home, PIT Antwerp called on our products.

The facade was given a complete overhaul. Damaged facade bricks were repaired with RC Amonit, a mineral restoration mortar. RC Nautil Mono, a decorative micro mortar, was used to touch up the masonry (plinth and part side). Then the facade was repointed with RC Astivo in the color 117.

The roof truss was also completely treated with the wood protection product Sarpeco 910.
