Villa Saint Denijs

In Sint Denijs, Frédéric Vandekeere bvba has completed a remarkable renovation project, in which an entire brick villa, including the roof, underwent a thorough overhaul. The villa, known for its unusual architecture and unique brick roof, was suffering from loose joints. To restore structural integrity, the joints were first carefully grouted out. They were then repointed with RC 221, a high-quality, water-repellent, ready-to-use mortar. This treatment provided a durable and weather-resistant seal on the joints.

After re-grouting, our primer RC Siloxcoat Fond was applied. Then the entire villa, including the brick roof, was painted with RC Siloxcoat. This ultra-matte facade paint is specially designed to be water vapor permeable and protects the bricks from weathering.

This combination of high-quality materials and craftsmanship has preserved the special character of the villa in Sint Denijs.
