Residence Lievehof Ghent

The façade of Residentie Lievehof in Ghent - located on Sint-Antoniuskaai - was deep cleaned with our RC Alcali-Clean and protected with our RC 810 AG after showing dark stains. The combination of atmospheric pollution with a low-quality hydrofuge applied unevenly when the residence was built resulted in dark stains that began to show up all over the façade.

Cleaning of the facade was done with our RC Alcali-Clean, a universal cleaner specially designed to remove atmospheric pollution on all types of exterior surfaces. After this, our RC 810 AG was applied (which is stronger than RC 809 OG), allowing the façade to enjoy permanent protection against all types of pollution and weather conditions.
