Hotel l'Esperance Brussels

description

The charming hotel and tavern l'Esperance was designed in 1930 and is one of the last works of the famous architect Léon Govaerts (1860 - 1930). The Art Deco building has retained its beautiful marble façade with a vertically illuminated sign with typical graphic letters above the entrance door.

Before renovating the façade, Vimar did rely on our EcoMortar R100 outdoor plaster from Saint-Astier. With this user-friendly lime plaster, the professionals restored the exuberant ornaments. It was later finished with a siloxane paint such as the RC Siloxcoat.
