In a basement in Aalter, water kept coming in along the pipe of the tap and along the corners. In order to make it completely watertight, the following steps were taken:

First, the pipe through which the water was entering was cleared. This was then filled with the sealing paste Stopaq and flattened with RC 730 Concrete Rep.

Then the entire walls were primed with RC Acryplast and then the bilge seam was placed with RC 730 Betonrep repair mortar. Using the elastic two-component mortar, RC Multiflex 2M, the basement was made completely waterproof.
