RC ALKALIT 502 is an environmentally friendly cleaner for mineral surfaces, specially developed to remove atmospheric contaminations. RC ALKALIT 502 is not aggressive to the surface, the environment and the user. It does not affect the skin of the limestone, so that the original patina color is preserved.

RC ALKALIT 502 does not require any prior treatment for evacuation in the sewer network. After processing and dilution with water, it is considered a biodegradable neutral product.

Properties

RC ALKALIT 502 is a ready-to-use thixotropic (gel form) facade cleaner. It is a thick gel, pleasantly scented with a green color, which forms a thick film layer after application. After applying a thick film layer, the deposits of soot and various contaminants as well as moss and lichens will dissolve. The advantages of this method are: faster processing, less dangerous, more controllable than cleaning under high pressure or sandblasting.
