RC 224 is a colourless water-repellent product for the treatment of mineral building materials. RC 224 is UV- and alkali-resistant, without altering the aspect of the substrate and while maintaining vapour permeability. After application of RC 224 the active product undergoes a chemical transformation: it becomes a poly-siloxane and gives a permanent water-repellent and good beading effect.

RC 224 is ready-to-use and based on a high-quality siloxane (10% active ingredients) with high penetration capacity. RC 224 has been developed for water-repellent treatment of brick, concrete blocks, aerated concrete and all porous rocks (white limestone) that are constantly exposed to the adverse effects of rain.
