COULINEX LIANT is an injection mortar based on natural hydraulic lime NHL 5 from Saint-Astier. COULINEX LIANT contains no cement, pozzolans, clinker or synthetic binders. Its specific properties such as modulus of elasticity, vapour permeability and good resistance to sulphates make it ideal for injecting historic masonry.

Area of application

COULINEX LIANT is particularly suitable for the restoration of historic buildings and applications:

• Reinforcement of foundations, pillars, vaults and arches;
• Reinforcement of masonry in sandwich constructions;
• Reinforcing masonry of stone, brick, tuff and mixed stone in existing buildings, including historically and artistically valuable buildings, with or without major cracks, voids and spaces within;
• Reinforcement of masonry that is affected by rising damp and soluble salts;
• For the stabilisation or anchoring of masonry;
• It is also used for the injection or "pouring" of cracks, fissures and cavities.
