Librairie Polytechnique Martyrs Square Brussels

The iconic Librairie Polytechnique building, located in Martyrs' Square, has undergone an impressive renovation. The professional team of Gillet Restoration and Renovation from Wavre has restored the classicist façade with care and craftsmanship.

The renovation started with the preparatory works, during which the loose parts were removed. Then, Saint-Astier's very strong Chausable underlay provides extra reinforcement and then evens out the imperfections with Saint-Astier EcoMortar Finish. The perfectly smooth surface can finally be finished with a high-quality siloxane paint, which gives the façade an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
