RC PU INJECT

RC PU-INJECT is a resin + catalyst system, water-reactive, very low viscous and solvent-free. It is a polyurethane injection resin that reacts upon contact with water to form a uniform, closed-pore structure that is waterproof, elastic and flexible. Ideally suited for stopping water leaks (cracks/cracks) in concrete or brick structures. Use with 6 to 10% catalyst. It is injected with a pump.

Properties:

• 2 components
• Reaction rate can easily be determined by adding a catalyst between 6 and 10%
• The closed cell structure of the cured polyurethane resin permanently seals cracks and joints
• Low viscosity: the product can easily penetrate hair cracks (minimum 0.2 mm)
• The cured product is inert and chemically resistant
