RC SULFASTOP ZB is a sulfate blocking impregnation product that provides a chemical conversion of hygroscopic salts such as sulphates and chlorides into very difficult soluble compounds. The salts can no longer migrate to the surface and can thus no longer affect the wall and the covering.

RC SULFASTOP ZB is an acidic product that dissolves lime residue and cement dust on the surface and converts them into stable lime compounds. During this transformation, a SiO2 (silicon dioxide, silica) compound is formed in the treated substrate through which the substrate is "glazed". These insoluble salts will no longer absorb moisture or water vapor.
